We are excited to introduce a few major updates to the Wisnio platform designed to simplify your workflow, improve contact management, and speed up writing candidate summaries.
Here’s what’s new:
Candidate longlists - You can now add candidates as contacts to any Position without sending out invites to Wisnio. This allows for a more discreet management of potential candidates, keeping them in your Wisnio database, but without immediate direct interaction.
AI-powered executive summaries based on LinkedIn data - Our new Chrome plugin enables you to import contacts from LinkedIn directly into Wisnio with just a few clicks and generate concise and customizable AI-powered executive summaries automatically.

Candidate longlists
Candidate longlists expand Wisnio’s capabilities in managing the hiring process. Whereas before, you could only add people as candidates (meaning they got an invite for the full suite of WIsnio’s assessments), now you can them as contacts without requiring them to undergo the full Wisnio process.
This allows for discreet management of potential candidates, keeping them in your Wisnio database for future engagement, without immediate direct interaction. If and when longlisted candidates make the shortlist, you have the option to invite them to the platform and take the assessments.
Apart from the unique assessments-based talent data and a Candidate Profile that comes with it, the rest of Wisnio functionality is open for contacts and candidates. This includes:
AI-powered LinkedIn Summary: Utilize WisGPT to create a concise summary of a contact using their LinkedIn Profile data.
Notes and Highlights: Add personal notes or highlights for future reference.
Interview & Evaluation module: Employ the Interview & Evaluation module for comprehensive fit assessments.
Candidate Comparison View: Compare and contrast evaluation results, regardless if they are added as a candidate with Wisnio assessment data or a contact without it.
AI-powered executive summaries based on LinkedIn data
Our Chrome LinkedIn plugin streamlines the process of adding candidate/contact from LinkedIn to an open position in Wisnio, eliminating the need for switching between LinkedIn and Wisnio.
On the Wisnio platform, WisGPT analyzes and summarizes the information found on the candidate’s LinkedIn profile and generates a customizable and trimmable executive summary that offers concise, relevant insights into a candidate's experience and skills.
You can use this functionality with both new and existing candidates/contacts. When using the plugin, you have the option of either linking the LinkedIn data to an already existing candidate/contact or creating a new one.
NB: Adding a candidate via the plugin adds them to a longlist on the platform, meaning that they will not receive any notifications or invitations about signup up for Wisnio!
