I’m excited to announce that Teamscope is rebranding as Wisnio! From the very beginning, our aim at Wisnio has been to help team leaders make better hiring decisions and give teams the tools for building an environment where everyone can perform at their best.
It is mainly thanks to our dear customers and our fantastic team that we can do it. Now, it is time to take the next step forward and bring our tools closer to business leaders across the globe.
Why Wisnio?
Wisnio is short for “Wise business decisions.” Our vision for Wisnio is to provide a platform and the tools necessary so that every leader would be able to make great hiring decisions and build a high-performing team.
Working with professional users (executive search teams, private equity talent teams) has shown us that the leaders they work with want to keep using the platform on their own. That is why we want to make our tools available to all business leaders.
Hiring is a business decision. It’s not something executives can delegate or rely on others to make. Thinking that hiring is an HR matter is like saying that revenue and profit are accounting matters. It simply isn’t true.

Wisnio is a name that supports our new vision, stands out, and is easy for every business leader to find.
What’s next?
So far, we have built a product that a growing number of leaders rely upon to make the most complex people decisions. The job now is to keep growing and develop the product further to simplify the process for business leaders. There will be no question in five years - Wisnio will be the primary decision-making tool for making critical hiring decisions.
Our current users need not worry - you can still use the same tools and features.
Wisnio helps us make better-informed decisions with candidate-specific behavioural interview questions and interview guides. This helps professionalise the process. With Wisnio, everyone can be an HR professional.

Moving forward, we will invest more into content development to support leaders in making wiser people decisions. The first tangible benefits for users are our recently launched Hiring Templates and a soon-to-launch interactive online course, “Hiring for executives,” with accompanying educational videos and practical exercises. And finally, to support these and our future efforts, plans are in place to raise additional growth capital in Q4 ’22.
